Spaziosa e luminosa camera singola disponibile in appartamento in Piazza Carrara, pieno centro storico. Nella stanza ci sono due letti singoli (unendoli si forma un letto matrimoniale), al prezzo di 500 euro al mese (tassa rifiuti e spese condominiale inclusi). Le altre spese sono escluse. Nella stanza ci sono due scrivanie, un armadio molto grande e una finestra che rende luminosa la stanza. Nella casa c'è un'altra grande stanza che può essere affittata come singola o doppia, una spaziosa cucina dotata di tutto il necessario (frigorifero, fuochi, forno, piatti stoviglie e pentole, tavolo e sedie. How rent is calculated

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
