We offer rooms, studio's and apartments in Rotterdam (Kralingen) Netherlands for students nearby the Erasmus University. All our accommodations are located in a very nice student-mansion at beautifull Avenue in Rotterdam Kralingen on a perfect location in a fine and safe neighbourhood (on walking-distance from Erasmus-University and High school Rotterdam). Subway and shoppingmal direct on the corner. All accommodations and kitchens are completely furnished with new trendy furniture. Internet, energycosts, gas, water, digital TV, taxes, cleaning and other services, maintenance and insurances are included the rent. All rooms are fully isolated and provided with central heating / double glazing / high flat ceilings / wooden floors / videophone / smoke & fire detectors. We deliver a perfect service as well. All kinds of damage to or in the building will be restored immediately. We always have a long list of candidates but we are very selective. We only accept neat and responsable tenants (always from Erasmus University and Rotterdam business school). We guarantee peace and quiet to study.
