Located within walking distance to the Metro Link (tram station) for easy access into Salford Quays (3 minutes), Media City and Manchester City Centre (12 minutes), the house is conveniently positioned for all transport links and amenities. To the ground floor is an entrance hallway, lounge and open dining room and fitted kitchen with separate utility room. To the first floor three bedrooms and a fitted three piece bathroom. The property is warmed by gas central heating and comes fully double-glazed. The area is a reserved residential location with a lovely large park behind the house (about 5 minutes walk) There are no pets or children within the house.
