The location is central, very close to the University of Seville and just around the corner of the bus/metro station of Prado de San Sebastian where you can take public transportation for longer distance travels. Furthermore, the central location ensures that you will basically have everything near you. The flat is shared with international Erasmus students. A good shop to buy food is Mas to which it takes 2 minutes to walk. Needless to say, that the pros of the central location that this flat has are all guaranteed by the services in the city center of Sevilla. Everything you need will be right next to you or can be reached by walk. Countless tapas bars, pubs, discos and restaurants are located everywhere in the surrounding area. Shopping area with stores varying from food and clothes to electronics is close by. Perfect both if you will study at University of Seville (5 minutes walking) and Pablo de Olavide, as you can take the metro or bus just in front of your flat and to get to the entrance of the University. Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
