Affitto anche a singoli individui (ma sempre in camera doppia, quindi occupata da due persone). NO CAMERE SINGOLE! Non trasformo camere doppie in singole (né uso singola)! Non sono ammesse armi! La sera Piazza Vittorio diventa punto di incontro di tutti i giovani della città. Chi abita qui, non deve preoccuparsi di non perdere l'ultimo tram per tornare a casa, o, peggio, non deve tornare a casa a piedi nel bel mezzo della notte. Chi invece abiti ad esempio vicino al Politecnico, se perde l'ultimo tram, cammina per 45 minuti per tornare a casa. ...o spende 15.- euro di Taxi.
