Large single room in shared apartment located just 10 minutes by walking from Plaza Universidad. Public transport is just a few steps away. Fully equipped and furnished flat has a large kitchen and a bathroom. WI-FI connection is available in all areas. The room and flat is recently renovated and has a single bed, closet and night table. The price is 600 EUR all bills included, 600 EUR as a security deposit. Cleaning of common spaces included in the price! HOUSE RULES: The flat should be keep clean. Pets are NOT allowed. Smoking is NOT allowed. The parties and loud music are NOT allowed. I ask that you do not use your outdoor shoes in the house even if brought in your suitcase....

How rent is calculated

Daily basis

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
