You will stay in a cosy, bright sunny room for one person about ten kilometres south of the city of Groningen. The room is fully furnished and all the needed equipment is available. It is inside an authentic house from 1910. You will have the possibility to park your car for free on the terrain or stow your bike in a shed. The house is surrounded by a private garden in which you will have your own seat. Simple meal preparation in your room is possible (a cooking pit and an oven/microwave is present). An additional service: We wash your cloths weekly in our washing machine if you want. Besides the room you may use the hall (2 sq. meters) in front including a small refrigerator, the oven/microwave and bidet. You will have your private bath room, 2 sq. meters, including a shower and a sink. The supermarket is 50 metres from the here which is usually opened from 8 to 8. Besides that a bakery, butcher and several restaurants are within walking distance. A luxurious sauna/spa complex and outdoor swimming pool is nearby. A direct bus connection to Groningen centre, every 10 minutes and occasionally a direct bus to Zernicke University and ‘Hanze hogeschool’ stop about 5 minutes’ walk makes Groningen easily accessible. Also the hospital, UMCG, can easily be reached from here. Groningen centre takes about 30; Zernicke university about 10 minutes more. For a small compensation an additional second room, slightly smaller than de main room, can be hired as well...
