All GIRLS HOUSE: kamer volledig ingericht. ALL GIRLS HOUSE!! De kamers worden alleen verhuurt aan meisjes. Te huur leuke gemeubileerde kamer 8m2 €365,- All-in. De kamer is voorzien van vloerbedekking en alle muren zijn netjes wit geschilderd. In de kamer staat een eenpersoonsbed en voor het raam hangt een rolgordijn. Er is een gezamenlijke keuken voorzien van een oven, magnetron en een koelkast. De badkamer heeft een wastafel, douche en toilet. Ook is er een gemeubileerde gezamenlijke woonkamer en een gezamenlijke tuin. Het Saxion ligt op circa 15 minuten fietsen en de Universiteit Twente is op circa 20 minuten fietsen. Diverse voorzieningen op loopafstand van de woning....

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
