Sono disponibili asciugamani, lenzuola coperte ecc. L'appartamento sito al primo piano di un piccolo condominio é composto da 3 singole, cucina spaziosa con accesso al poggiolo, completamente attrezzata, (forno, microonde, frigorifero, piatti, pentole bicchieri ecc., bagno completo e finestrato. La lavatrice si trova in un piccolo ripostiglio. Il riscaldamento é centralizzato con valvole termostatiche. Rete WI-Fi Porta blindata. Supermercato, panificio, fruttivendolo, farmacia, posta, edicola, a 100 metri! Attualmente nell'appartamento vivono 3 ragazze, studentesse. L'affitto é di 230,00 euro mensili + 85,00 euro circa (spese condominiali ed utenze varie), a persona, salvo conguaglio a fine anno. Zona servitissima da mezzi pubblici. Linee autobus 26, 38, 42, 44 Zona tranquilla e con facilità di parcheggio Contratti transitori per non residenti...
