Description

I am a going to start with my internship, therefore I would like to sublet my furnished flat. The flat is built in 2014 and everything about this flat is new. The location of this building is perfect. There is a beautiful park across the building. Only 5 minutes’ walk to the city center and university would ease the accessibility. There is a big shop (Jumbo) located at the end of the street. The street in which the building is located is very quiet. I am looking for someone mature who is responsible, organized and completely clean (No smoking, no pet). ''Suitable for couples or P.HD students....

How rent is calculated

Daily basis

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of nights in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.

Cancellation policy

Strict cancellation

If you cancel:

Within 24 hours of confirmation – Full refund of first month’s rent
After 24 hours of confirmation – No refund

The Tenant Protection fee is non-refundable.
