I am a going to start with my internship, therefore I would like to sublet my furnished flat. The flat is built in 2014 and everything about this flat is new. The location of this building is perfect. There is a beautiful park across the building. Only 5 minutes’ walk to the city center and university would ease the accessibility. There is a big shop (Jumbo) located at the end of the street.The street in which the building is located is very quiet. I am looking for someone mature who is responsible, organized and completely clean (No smoking, no pet). ''Suitable for couples or P.HD students....
