Salut; I am a French boy who lives in the heart of magical Prague, the Czech Republic, and since my flatmate has left, so I would be glad to offer you my second room & time.. Of course, I would prefer to host a Lady, preferably single and gorgeous, but I am realist so a man also is fine, or a couple, or even a couple with kids, haha.. For 1000 crowns per night (just under 40 euros, (I will make a discount to my firsts guests), you can stay in my place and I can also provide a free tour of the city if our spirits, our agendas (and the forecasts :-) match.. I provide a double size bed, with clean sleeping sheets (of course) in a nice and big room... The flat is spacious (100 square meters), clean and very well located, perfect to start a tour of the city.. The room I offer is really big, about 20 / 25 square meters, with wooden floor, 3 meters high ceilings, wardrobe, desk, interesting situation.. The flat is i 3 min walk to Vaclavske Namesti and 2 min walk to Namesti Miru (green metro) or Muzeum (green and red metro) Trams n° (phone number hidden) , night trams 51 , 57 , 59 , bus n°135. The area is full of mini-markets, shops, restaurant and pubs. There are 2 supermarket (Tesco and Albert), Riegrovy Sady park (with his famous Beer garden ) at 2 min by walk.
