The neighborhood is well connected to the center of Madrid, but retains it’s calm and quiet charm. The building offers antique lighting in each hallway with a stunning wrapping staircase, an elevator and front desk reception. A comfortable bedrooms apartment, offering an open plan kitchen and living area and one bathroom. Rooms are equipped with single beds, and other has twin beds, making it a perfect option for friends looking for an apartment to share. Each room comes with its own desk, an armoire, bedside table, and lamp. The open concept kitchen is equipped with pots and pans to cook with as well as dishes, glasses, cutlery and a full size refrigerator, oven and washing machine. The living room is furnished with a large sofa, a comfortable lounge chair and a table with four chairs. Amenities provided include a television, an iron, ironing boards, cleaning supplies, central heating and Wi-Fi. In each room you will find decorations by various Spanish artists. The apartment is located within a short walk of lines 2 and 7 of the metro, allowing tenants to reach other corners of the city using Madrid's efficient metro network....
