This is a brand new flat in Bromley, you will be the first person to occupy the space, it's a good feeling living in a brand new home for a great price! Bromley South station is easily accessible by bus and from there it's a quick train into London. Bromley is full of shops, restaurants and bars, very well looked after area so a nice place to live. You will have a dedicated bathroom with bath and shower, again all of this is brand new so couldn't be more clean. Brand new furnishings will be provided, or you can bring your own. Parking Space. I'm looking for a roommate who is ideally a young professional, is fun and sociable and likes to have a good time as well as relax. You'll be welcome to spend all your time in the living area or have your space in your bedroom, the flat will really be made to feel like home for you. 800 p/m bills included or we can negotiate a price excluding bills. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
