Van februari t.e.m. juni ga ik op Erasmus, in tussentijd verhuur ik mijn kot. Het betreft een grote kamer van 24 vierkante meter in het hart van Leuven. De huurprijs bedraagt €490/maand + €65 vaste kosten/maand. Op de totale prijs van €550/maand krijg je dus geen bijkomende afrekeningen meer. Alles is inbegrepen! De kamer is ingericht maar persoonlijke bezittingen zullen verwijderd worden.
