We restaurated this beauty one year ago, using for furniture designer items and our own designs like a loft bed! Living in the same building we love the scenic and quiet(!) balcony, the close vicinity to Schönbrunn castle (for walking&running), the tramway across the street connecting you in 4 stops to the trainstation, the subway system and extensive shopping areas. Just outside is a farmers market and a bunch of old fashioned as well as hip shops and restaurants. You can even use two bycicles we provide...
