I offer a luminous, spacious and silent space to a worker and preferably over 35 years old. A responsible, clean and quiet being, who likes to share laughter but also to be able to enjoy their own privacy in silence. I know how to admire the beauty of a sunrise and sunset that the house offers us daily. You have sheets, towels, blankets and everything you need in the kitchen, always used with respect and attention. Expenses are included as long as it is done with caution, we must save water, electricity and everything else. The area is full of supermarkets, banks, shopping centers. There are buses at the door that take us to the center in 10 minutes. Also close to the Train Station, Buses and Areopuerto. It is also easy to park in the area.
