The apartment is located near the University Hospital of Vienna (AKH) and to subway station U6 Alserstrasse. It is nicely refurbished and located in 3rd floor, friendly, very light and calm as the windows are towards a nice green inner court of the building, which is a typical Viennese "Altbau" errected in 1874 well maintained and clean. The apartment has a bigger room which serves as kitchen and living room and a smaller room with a double bed. In the living room there are 2 blue sofa beds perfect to accommodate guests. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a gas-stove and an oven, in the bathroom there is a washing machine and a shower. The toilet is in a separate room...
