The bathroom, with its spacious shower, has been recently renovated. The kitchen is separated. The 19th century wooden beams and the building old style make the rest. This arrondissement is situated between two different worlds: the first is the rich & chic area of Place Vendôme, the Opéra Garnier, the Madeleine Church, the Royal Palace and the Louvre and the second is the more popular and multicultural Hill of the north of Paris that starts in the adjacent 9th arrondissement with streets that climb the hill until the top, the Montmartre church. Nowadays the 2nd arrondissement is becoming more and more similar to the first of these worlds, but it remains a wonderful departure place to discover different aspects of the city and remain in the center of it. This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel.
