Description

This apartment has a very nice central location (just google Oktogon), everything is very close let they be sights (Heroes Square, City Park, Opera House, Music Academy, St Steven Basilica etc.) or any facilities (SPAR store, round the clock grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, WestEnd Shopping Mall etc.). If you need to take public transport, there are trams 4/6, Subway 1, Bus 105 for you (public transport in Budapest is truly amazing!) The apartment is located in a very nice, beautifully renovated building. It is the first apartment I had in Budapest, we used to live in it and loved it! After we move out to the suburbs (I have a little daughter) I had it redecorated so now it can serve you really well. All rooms have a separate entrance and can be locked. The common areas (corridors, kitchen, dining area, bathroom with bath, bathroom with shower, 2 toilets) are all in good condition. Currently there are 2 tenants: very nice, clean, neat, well-organised, open-minded boys. We are looking forward to having 1 or 2 (yes, there is another separate room, please make inquiries if your friend is looking for a place and the two of you would like to rent a room in the same apartment!) more pleasant tenants.
