Fully furnished 12.5 sqm room in a shared flat which fulfills all your daily living requirements. The apartment comes readily equipped with a kitchen, including refrigerator, cooking equipment and dishes. The flat also includes a washing machine and Wi-Fi Internet. Each room is fully furnished and offers a comfortable bed with fresh linen and a workspace. The area provides you with several shopping opportunities and excellent connections to public transport. The monthly rent includes: Rent + Heating + Electricity + Water + Furniture + Internet. Minimum rental period: 3 months Duration of the rental agreement: unlimited - Termination period: 1 month (mid or end of month as end of leasing agreement only) Agency fee (one time): 149€ - includes administration costs + cleaning of the room + fresh bedsheets before your arrival. The room is for only for single occupation (1 person) so we do not accept couples or friends in the same room. Please be aware that Housing Anywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible. How rent is calculated

Daily basis

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
