L'appartamento è completamente ristrutturato con tutti gli elettrodomestici, terrazzo, a 50m da Palazzo Nuovo (centro). Il prezzo comprende affitto, pulizia dei bagni e delle parti comuni, internet WiFi, TV, arredamento, acqua e spese condominiali. In più c'e' solamente l'energia elettrica e il gas e, d'inverno, il riscaldamento. E’ richiesta una cauzione pari a una mensilità....
