Dalla rete tv al wif in tutta la casa, oltre che di un ampio terrazzo e ampie armadiature, nonchè portone blindato. L'appartamento ottimamente servito dai mezzi pubblici è poco distante dalla Metro A Situato in una strada tranquilla e silenziosa ma a pochissimi passi da un quartiere particolarmente vivace e ricco di ogni tipo di negozio e di pizzerie e ristoranti rappreenta la soluzione ideale di chi vuole vivere in un ambiente non particolarmente costoso, ma altrettanto piacevole e ben servito dai mezzi pubblici e dalle attività commerciali. This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
