Home is located in a residential area near Norteshopping, the motorways, and many universities all accessible by car, bus, metro, bicycle, and foot. The flat is located on the 2nd Floor. It’s quiet, recently remodeled, lots of sunlight, spacious rooms, and close to many places. All the furniture is new, and comfortable. Students are provided full usage of the kitchen, washing machine for clothes, utensils, microwave, 2 sets of bed and towel sets are provided. This room has a private balcony as well. To go to the Polo Universitario it is 12 minutes by Bus. To the metro station VISO, a 3 minute walk.
