Description

Only about 3,5 km from centre of town in a beautifull village (Kanne) this lovely, very spacious student house is situated. The room is large (18 sqm) and quit unique, there is a huge living/diningroom with open, fully equipped kitchen available (70sqm) and a spacious and luxurious bathroom. This is the one house were students want to move back in after they've bin away..... Probably the best possible reference.... Rent is all inclusive GWE and internet, so NO additional costs !! Deposit: 1 monthterm. Administration fee: € 250,- excl. VAT....

How rent is calculated

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
