Graziosa taverna. La zona è servita: a pochi passi ci sono supermercati aperti fino a tardi, bar , ristoranti, farmacia, gelateria. Ottima location per spostarsi a piedi: in 10 minuti a piedi si arriva in piazza Maggiore, in 15 nelle zona universitaria. Fermate dei vari autobus comodissime. Possibilità di parcheggiare a 5 minuti a piedi. Per periodi d'affitto inferiori a 4 mesi, il prezzo dell'affito mensile è di 1650 euro al mese....

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
