Un apartamento nuevo y muy bonito en Macarena, cerca del centro y de la Alameda de Hércules. Está justo al lado de la bonita iglesia San Martín. El piso está formado por un dormitorio grande, de capacidad máxima para 3 personas, un baño y otra estancia grande que incluye cocina y salón con sofá cama doble. Además hay acceso a una terraza privada desde el dormitorio. El salón es bastante grande y muy acogedor. Hay un sofá cómodo, y tres estanterías. Además hay una mesa grande con cuatro sillas para poder comer o estudiar plácidamente. La cocina es muy moderna y nueva. Formada por nevera, congelador, dos fuegos para cocinar, lavadora, microondas y varios armarios. El dormitorio incluye cama de matrimonio, armario empotrado y dos mesillas de noche con cajones. Todas las habitaciones tienen ventanas grandes que dejan entrar mucha luz. El baño está situado al lado del dormitorio, compuesto por ducha, bidet, váter, lavabo con espejo y estanterías para guardar cosas.
