Vicinissimo all'spedale Gemelli e all'università La Cattolica ( soli 10 minuti di autobus). Per coloro che arrivano in treno dalla Stazione Termini e comoda la linea A della metropolitana,scendendo alla fermata Battistini , l’appartamento è raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti. L' appartamento è stato completamente ristrutturato, è arredato con gusto e sobrietà, i mobili sono tutti nuovi ed è fornito di tutto il comfort per una vacanza ideale in città. All'interno trovi un ingresso , soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale e mobile TV, una camera matrimoniale molto luminosa e un bagno con vasca. Dal salone, si accede attraverso una scala a chiocciola ad una camera con letto matrimoniale, mansardata, molto luminosa e spaziosa dotata di bagno con doccia....

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
