Completely renewed apartment in convenient neighbourhood S. Carlo, in a 6 units condo at the end of a blind street aside a beautiful grass field ..very quiet! In the flat there will be maximum 3 people: - Two new bathrooms with toilet, sink and one has also bidet and big shower (80x100cm). - Big kitchen with fridge, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, table for 8 people, chairs and a small sofa, plus covered terrace with laundry machine (ideal for laundry). - Locked garage and basement completely available to leave bikes and unused stuff. TRANSPORTS: The apartment is located between the two tram stops “San Gregorio” and “San Carlo”. Also there four bus lines: 4, 15, 16, 24 all 3/5 mins walking distance. Close also to the access for ring road. FACILITIES: Plenty of supermarkets all walking or bike distance: PAM (5 mins, medium prices), LIDL (10 mins, very cheap), ALì (convenient) and INTERSPAR (5 mins by bike more expensive but it has everything). There is also a NATURASì (bio products). Pharmacies, clothing shops, bakery, fresh fruit & veggies shops, kebab, wine shop are all walking distance. RENT: €290 SINGLE use (for 1 person) OR €320 as DOUBLE use (you must be 2 people paying €160 each) plus utilities (around €20/ month, wifi is complimentary) with OFFICIAL CONTRACT of minimum 6 months (we can discuss if you have different needs)....
