Description

Very big furnished room with use of kitchen and bathroom. You can buy 1 GB lycamobile OR Lebara and prepaid simkaart for just 10 euro at the AH supermarket just 2 minutes walking from the house No permanent residance. Touristtax 1 euro per person per night to be paid on arrivel. BTW 6 percent to be paid on arrivel. Like 24 euro for 1 month rent 400 euro. Gas, water and electric is 1 euro per night to be paid also on arrival. If you want to use the washingmachine that is 50 euro per stay and for longer stays 50 euro per 2 weeks. Garbage disposal is 7 euro per stay and for longer stays 7 euro per week. Bedlinnen is for 1 time 10 euro and 1 towel is 5 euro...
