Description

In an elegant and quiet area of central Rome - Prati area, between Piazza Mazzini and Piazzale Clodio, I rent a double room with 2 single beds, furnished with everything necessary, looking at the inner courtyard (so quiet) We do not care what nation or religion or sex you are, as long as you are the open-minded person, friendly and respectable. The position of the apartment - consisting of 4 rooms, bathroom and kitchen and which is on the ground floor - is excellent because in addition to being a 20 min walk from Piazza del Popolo or from the Vatican, or Piazza Cavour, or 15 min walk from Olympic Stadium, there are excellent bus connections: 280, 628, 301, under the house and from Piazzale Clodio: 30, 70, 89, 23 and many others. Instead the nearest metro: Lepanto (metro A). Also I am very near by Ministero degli Esteri (Farnesina) so if you need to work there, my place is an excellent choise. Here there are many cycle paths and the first two people who book the room will have the bikes to use for free. Living the Rome by bike is a wonderful experience especially along the Tiber (which is very close to me). Nearby there is also Monte Mario Park to stay inside the nature or to walk to the Zodiac with a wonderful view over the city. Price: € 700 for 2 persons if they came together or 400 € for a person if they came separate. The price includes bills. It does not include cleaning 5€/week. Free Internet.
