Wohnung Sehr nette, gemütliche, helle Wohnung mit Balkon, voll möbliert. Die Wohnung liegt zwischen Rudolfplatz, Zülpicher Platz und Rathenauplatz: Köln-Kenner wissen diese Lage sehr zu schätzen!! Sie liegt mitten im quirligen Leben und trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig, da sie zum Innenhof liegt. Die Wohnung ist, wie schon gesagt, voll möbliert: Bett 1,40 m, Kleiderschrank, Tisch mit tollen Stühlen, großes schönes Sofa, Sofatisch, Schubladenschrank, Flatscreen-TV, HIfi-Anlage, Balkonmöbel, Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen, Wäscheständer. Auch die kleine Einbauküche ist neu und voll ausgestattet, so dass man sofort loskochen kann (z.B. Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, 2-Platten-Ceran-Kochfeld, Mikrowelle mit Grill, Kaffeemachine, Toaster, Geschirr etc.)Also: Einziehen und Wohlfühlen.... Internet (WLAN) inklusive. Wenn Fragen sind, einfach melden :-)) Lage Super Lage !!! Mitten drin im quirligen Leben: Geschäfte, Cafes, Kneipen, Restaurants, Theater, Kino, Biergarten, Aachener Weiher mit Park, Post, EC-Automat, Kiosk etc etc... Köln-Kenner wissen diese Lage zwischen Rathenauplatz, Zülpicherplatz und Rudolfplatz sehr zu schätzen! Und wenn man sich mal wegbewegen möchte, hat man eine sehr gute Bahnanbindung in alle Richtungen. Zur Messe braucht man beispielsweise 8 Minuten. Zur Haltestelle "Zülpicher Platz" geht man 2 Minuten zu Fuss. Zum Rudolfplatz sind es ca 4 Minuten. Also alles sehr nah. Zur Universität kann man auch zu Fuss gehen. Nächster DB-BAhnhof ist "Bahnhof Süd" und ist ca 800 m entfernt. Also viel besser geht fast nicht... Sonstiges Der Mietpreis gilt für 1 Person pro Monat. Eine zweite Person: + 60 Euro/Monat. Kaution: je nach Länge des Aufenthaltes Endreinigung: je nach Länge des Aufenthalte...

How rent is calculated

Daily basis

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
