Kaiserstrasse is in "Schwabing" - the cultural center and pulsating heart of Munich and 10 minutes walk to most of the universities and it is supposed to be one of the best aereas in Munich It is a small quite street but the connetcions are fantastic Subway two lines (U3/U6, Münchner Freiheit) in seven Minutes, Subway (U1, Hohenzollernplatz) in five minutes , serveral buses and trams are less then 5 minutes. But everthing is easy with a bike (could be rented extra) WLAN and TV is included The flat is perfect for one person!...
