Dear lovely future-flatmate! We are renting one room in our shared apartment in the 9th district in Vienna. The whole apartment is 110 squaremeters big. There is a BIG shared and furnished living room with a couch, a shared kitchen, a bathroom and an extra toilet. Your room is located at the back of the apartment (therefore it is quiet and you can look into the courtyard). It has 17 squaremeters so there is enough space for a bed, desk, cupboard etc. The windows have shutters for the night. Your flatmates are students and very lovely as well :) The flat is located in the second floor with elevator (from the living room, you can see the Volksoper ;)) and there is a place to store bicycles in the garage. In general, the apartment is clean because we have a cleaning schedule (one task each week) which is quite manageable :) The whole apartment has a lot of light due to big windows! The furnishing includes everything you need and it is very spacious so you can feel welcome and home. Whenever it is possible, we chat with each other and sometimes we cook together or spend the evening together. THE PRICE INCLUDES EVERYTHING (internet with wifi, gas, electricity etc.) Concerning the location: We have the best sushi place in Vienna directly in our street! It is also near to the center because there is a direct U6 metrostation and several tram stations. The room is available from July until unlimited.
