Our accommodations offer you the best of both worlds. A quiet stay in the Dutch countryside, yet within easy reach of the cozy University city of Groningen. Our property is situated on a cycling path, but guest ́s cars are allowed. In our spacious garden with ponds there are two luxurious, furnished safari tents, a gipsy wagon and a wooden ecolodge for our guests to use. We ́ll provide you with all the toiletries and towels you need. We have bicycles and canoes for rent. You can start your trip in the countryside or to Groningen right from your doorstep. Most guests prefer to stay one or two days around their accommodation and observe the country life. Cows and pony's, a lot of birds can be seen from a close distance. You can do some fishing from our jetty or take out a canoe or motorboat. My wife Gerdine loves to cook and her lemon curd pie is famous in our neighbourhood.
