The room is 15m2 and the rent is 429 euros everything inclusive. Most of the furniture is included (bed,desk,kitchen stuff etc.) . You have use of a private cozy kitchen (with dishwasher, washing machine etc.) Besides, we have this nice bath in the (shared) bathroom. Jumbo & Aldi Supermarkets and UMCG are right around the corner and you will be in the city center within about 6 minutes. Also 8 minutes from Zernike.
