Somos un nuevo concepto de residencia, una residencia histórica del 1870 que perteneció al marqués de Villa Magna, con características muy especiales que no encontrará en otras residencias de Madrid. Estamos situados en la Calle San Lorenzo 20, una calle muy céntrica y tranquila, entre Hortaleza y Fuencarral, donde podrá estudiar y divertirse debido al gran ambiente que tiene la zona de Chueca en Madrid. Tenemos 3 estaciones de metro a escasos metros de la residencia, y terrazas, bares, restaurantes etc. Somos una residencia de concepto europeo que disponemos de unas kitchenettes comunes donde los estudiantes conviven y cocinan juntos, sin horario estricto de comida. Tampoco tenemos horario de entrada y salida de la residencia.
