This apartment has a shared living room with a new open kitchen and separate shower and toilet. The living room has a light color wooden floor, and the bedroom has light color (new) laminate floor. The kitchen has just been renovated and the apartment walls and floors, as well. You have a separate room within the apartment. The kitchen en bathroom are shared with only one other person. There is a washing machine on the same floor present. There are a lot of windows and high ceiling so the apartment is full of light. The location is very convenient, close to city center (5 minutes walk, and there is also Aldi super market just 30 meter away.) 5 minutes walk from most faculties of the University of Maastricht The price is the monthly cost of rental and is ALL INCLUSIVE.
