Estamos situados en la Calle San Lorenzo 20, una calle muy céntrica y tranquila, entre Hortaleza y Fuencarral, donde podrá estudiar y divertirse debido al gran ambiente que tiene la zona de Chueca en Madrid. Tenemos 3 estaciones de metro a escasos metros de la residencia, y terrazas, bares, restaurantes etc. Somos una residencia de concepto europeo que disponemos de unas kitchenettes comunes donde los estudiantes conviven y cocinan juntos, sin horario estricto de comida. Tampoco tenemos horario de entrada y salida de la residencia. Ofrecemos los siguientes servicios incluidos en el alquiler mensual: CCTV 24 horas Acceso a la residencia por huella dactilar o pin Recepción Todas las facturas incluidas, agua, electricidad, calefacción.
