Welcome to my dearest place on this world! This room is available for minimum 1 month test. I live with my dog in this beautiful house built in 1930 and renovated 6 years ago. It's a peaceful and charming house, surrounded by gardens and very well located in the city of Bordeaux (near public parks, great transport connections, you can walk to the city center). You'll have the best bedroom! It's a beautiful and comfy 13m2 bedroom + 3m2 dressing room on the first floor of my house. Big and comfortable double bed. Sheets and towels provided. Great internet connection speed. Decorated with love and care for detail. Electric heating. Large double glazed windows with splendid view over my garden and the surrounding gardens. Silence and quiet for a perfect rest and study! Indoor: 127m2. Facilities: big and full equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher). Two toilets. 1 bathroom with shower, bathtub and double sink. Outdoor: 100m2 garden and a 30m2 covered terrace. There will be space for your bicycle if you get one. My dog and I will be glad to share with you this special place and have good moments together. I'm quite independent but I'll be glad to chat, share good meals and watch netflix with good company. I work mostly at home (freelance webdesigner), so I require silence and space during weekdays :). I'm a Spanish-Irish girl (maybe woman) of 36 years-old. I love the city of Bordeaux where I've been living for many years. I often receive friends from all over the world (but I won't when you're here for comfort reasons). I'm a huge fan of traveling. I love my job, videogames, food and photography.
