The room in the picture is one of the two double rooms present in the apartment. Room is spacious and bright, suitable for students. The rent is 230/month ( € 203 rent and € 27 general maintenance building expenditures). Not included: - gas, water, electricity and waste (you will receive bulletins with period written); - wifi: fiber optic system € 30 month to share with other tenants. The rent is regulated by a regular contract registered with the revenue agency. The room is in a apartment of 100 square meters, 3 minutes by feet from central station of Trieste and 15 minutes by feets from Piazza Unità d'Italia. In the apartment can reside from 4 to 6 tenants at the same time, is bright and in a quite position far from urban traffic. The apartment is made with: - 2 double rooms; - 2 single rooms; - wc separate from bathrooms; - kitchen (possibile to stay there due to has a big 6 place table) with washing machine; - long aisle from the entrance till the kitchen; - private cellar for bicycles if needed; - autonomous heating system. Minimum period rent is 6 month. It is possible to rent the entire apartment to a group of 4 or 6 students for € 850 / month (conditions as above).
