The one-time 26,8sqm living room is divided into three parts 1) ROOM 2: 8 sqm (separated with furniture and curtain from the living room (no lock), with small double bed (200x120), suitable for 1 person) 2) ROOM 3: 8 sqm (separated with furniture and curtain from the living room (no lock!), with double bed (200x160, suitable for 1-2 person/people) 3) Living/sitting area: 10,8sqm ENTRANCE HALLl: 5,35sqm BATHROOM (with toilet): 3,85sqm KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM: 8,42sqm PANTRY: 2,65sqm Please note that the listed fee applies to 3 tenants.
