Description : The studio is for maximum 2 person. It is near the centre and close to the European district . It is also near the European Head(hidden) (20min) or you take the bus 64 at the stop Parlmeston and stop at Luxembourg (15min). There’s lot of shops near by. The studio is cozy and very practical ! -private studio situated on the ground floor -private kitchen with cutlery, glasses and bowls included -microwave, refrigerator and freezer too -private bathroom with towels once provided -washing machine and dryer for everyone (20€ per month) -Wifi everywhere in the house Public transport : you just have to walk from the studio to Place St-Josse (4min) for buses or walk to Madou or Schuman for the underground (10min). Easy access to public transport : -bus STIB 29 (7min from the centre) -bus STIB 59 -bus STIB 63 -bus DE LIJN 318 (9 min from the centre) -bus DE LIJN 351 -bus DE LIJN 410 -tramway 2, 6 (9 min from the centre) Fees : Final cleaning fees are fixed to 30€. Near the studio, there is the centre of course and Botanique where you can very visit the gardens. There's a lot of museums in Belgium for exemple the museum of Brussels city or the famous chocolate museum. Everyone is welcome to the studio : students, couples, workers or maybe just people who likes the adventure. We accept short or long terms stays. It will suit everyone's taste...
